All items purchased from CHM Supersound may be returned within 30 days of purchase. In cases of any error or fault in the kind or condition of items delivered, the company shall handle the costs of return shipping.

Your purchase of a CD/DVD/VCD will be refunded provided that the item is still in its original packaging. In case you are returning an item in a multi-item shipment, we will provide refund only for the item or items being returned. In cases however where the packaging has been opened, the amount that will be returned will be 50% of the item's price.

In cases of item returns, please complete the online form for returns and ship the item back to the address provided below with the packing slip.

Processing of returns shall only commence upon receipt of the item at our office.

Shipping costs for items to be returned are borne by the customer and are not refundable. Returns made to CHM Supersound shall be refunded in the same manner of payment.

Bulk orders of 10 items of the same type of product are not returnable.
