Shipping and Returns Policy

We ship most in-stock items within 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays), and in occasions that such delays will occur, we'll let you know through e-mail.

Total cost is computed as selling price of item + shipping cost

Our Returns and Refund Policy is limited to products purchased directly from our online chmsuperstore and the procedure for returns must be initiated within 10 days of the date of the receipt of the product.

We strive to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality service and merchandise. However, we realize that you may need to return an item to us. To ensure full credit for your return, please do the following:

1. Damaged Merchandise: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt of your purchase, Should your order arrive damaged, stop unpacking. Save the shipping carton and all packaging included with your merchandise just as you received it. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Notify our customer service department (chm_support@chmsupersound.com) immediately for further instructions. We will not be responsible for any form of relief unless damages are reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.

2. DO NOT throw away any packaging included with your merchandise, such as boxes, styrofoam inserts, instruction manuals, or promotional materials Save your packing list and your invoice. Proof of purchase is one of the requirements for replacement

3. Make sure that the product is to your satisfaction before you put any identification markings on them. If this is a food item, please check the best before dates before opening and it does not meet your satisfaction please return the unused portion to us along with your reasons on why it did not satisfy you.

4. Orders may not be cancelled due to delays in delivery or any other reason outside our control.
PLEASE do not order goods from us unless you are entirely sure!!

5. E-mail our customer service department for (chm_support@chmsupersound.com) a Return Authorization Number and further instructions. No returns accepted without prior authorization. All merchandise returned for credit or exchange (subject to our approval) must be returned in the original packaging a copy of our packing list or invoice within 10 days . We cannot accept returns after this authorized date. Merchandise not returned in accordance with our policy will be subject to a restocking fee (50%).

6. We suggest that the return be sent back by Registered & Insured Post or other "traceable" carrier and that the return be INSURED sufficiently. We are NOT responsible for the return of these items. All return freight charges for all items, once repaired or replaced, will be borne by the purchaser or customer. We may, but are not obligated to, accept returns of goods after this time. If food is returned and indicators on why it was returned is not included, we will send an email to notify the sender.

7. All merchandise returned for credit or exchange (subject to our approval) must be returned in the original packaging, in perfect cosmetic and working condition. Return all original packaging included with your merchandise, such as boxes, styrofoam inserts, instruction manuals, promotional materials. All items must be in original and unaltered condition.

8. Submit a copy of our packing list or invoice with your return. You should retain the original copy. Shipping and handling fees shall be borne by the sender and will not be refundable.

9. Do not alter, deface, or tape the manufacturer's original (product) carton. All items returned should be shipped in a sturdy shipping carton (you may use the original shipping carton if you wish). Please print the Return Authorization number on the return shipping label.

10. NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by us within 7 days from the invoice date, at our discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee.

11. In cases of item returns, please complete the online form for returns and ship the item back to the address provided below with the packing slip.

12. The prices listed on this site are subject to change due to circumstance outside of our control. These circumstances may involve changes to product prices and/or shipping charges. In all situations like this you - the purchaser - will be immediately informed of these changed prices before we debit your chosen payment method. If payment has been already made (via paypal or similar) then you will be offered a choice of a full refund or payment of changed amount. Goods will not be shipped until this is decided.
